METHODOLOGY OF HOME SCIENCE AND FOOD SCIENCE (HS1CRT01)

Home Science is an art as well as a science. This course helps to familiarize with basic areas of Home Science and to understand the basic methodology of research, principles and techniques. Food Science allows us to make the best use of our food resources and minimize waste and helps to understand the composition, chemistry of foods and their applications in food preparations.
