Corporate Accounting II
Course Outcomes:
CO1: Understand the legal aspects relating to the accounts of insurance and banking companies, amalgamation, absorption, internal reconstruction and external reconstruction.
CO2: Understand the various aspects of accounts of banking companies and insurance companies.
CO3: Apply the accounting concepts in preparation of financial statements of banking and insurance companies.
CO4: Demonstrate the knowledge of accounting treatment and the ability to apply them to solve problems regarding amalgamation, absorption, internal reconstruction and external reconstruction.
